A name or location entered into a search tool is sent directly to the third-party company operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its result. Caldwell County Criminal History does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.

Its pages explain how official records are divided among the Caldwell County Sheriff, Circuit Court Clerk, jail, Princeton Police, Kentucky State Police Criminal Identification and Records Branch, Kentucky Offender Online Lookup, and Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry. Visitor information is not used to build consumer reports or third-party criminal profiles, and this website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes displayed on the site. Information entered there is governed by the selected provider's privacy policy, retention rules, and sharing practices rather than this policy.
